New for 2024, our Head Butcher Jason has hand crafted a limited number of whole easy-carve Champagne hams. Leaving the hock on, but deboning the leg for easty carving, we use only the finest Australian pasture raised female pork, then naturally cured the old fashioned way using exclusive European spices and salts. Finally they are slow-baked and smoked over smooth beechwood chips delivering a flavour and texture we are famous for. Price: $24.99/kg
